Shipping policy

Delivery / Freight – Any orders under our FIS will incur a freight charge to be paid by the customer.  Orders will be sent out via Australia Regular Post, please allow 3-5 days for stocked items to be received in Metro areas – Rural areas may take longer.

Should an item need to be ordered in you will be provided with an ETA at the time the order is placed.

Dandenong Workwear takes no responsibility for deliveries made to an incorrectly supplied address or should a parcel go missing if an Authority to Leave has been given.  Parcels must be signed for by the addressee.  Should no-one be available to take delivery at the time the parcel is delivered it is up to the addressee to arrange a re-delivery with the courier.  Any re-delivery charges incurred will be charged to and paid for by the customer.

Dandenong Workwear will not be accountable for late deliveries or for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. Dandenong Workwear shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by factors or circumstance beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, elements of nature, war, terrorism, riots etc.

On delivery of the order, you agree to inspect the goods for any faults, defects or damage and notify us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be a fault.

Alternatively, customers are welcome to pick up orders from our Shop.
