Refund policy
Warranties / Returns – Dandenong Workwear will hold to the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Should it be deemed an item has been damaged in a way outside of the manufacturer’s warranty guarantee Dandenong Workwear will not honour the warranty.
Dandenong Workwear will not accept returns for Change of Mind. If you have purchased an item and the wrong size has been ordered please contact our office at sales@lesafety.com.au to discuss exchanging the product.
Any items being returned for a refund or exchange must be returned in their original undamaged packaging, unworn or unused, all tags attached, manuals/instructions included and any other material provided. You will also need to provide your original Order Number, this would’ve been provided at the time you placed your order Online.
It is the responsibility of the customer to return the item to our Dandenong store, at the customers expense, within 10 days of receiving the item. Once the goods are received by Dandenong Workwear we will contact you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. Refunds will be made in the same manner that the goods were paid by. Any Goods replaced under the Returns Policy due to being damaged, faulty or incorrect will be re-delivered to You free of charge.
It is Your obligation to pack returned products satisfactorily to prevent any damage to the items or boxes. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Goods while they are in Your possession until they reach Dandenong Workwear.
Items sent back to us without completing a return request prior will not be accepted.
Please ensure you inspect your order upon receiving the delivery and contact us within 5 working days if the item has arrived damaged, is defective or the wrong item.
Detailed photos will need to be provided showing the damaged item and/packaging. Please email us at sales@lesafety.com.au with any concerns regarding your order. Once all the information and photos have been received by a staff member will be in touch to discuss whether a replacement or refund will be issued.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as sunscreen), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and underwear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

All delivery charges are non-refundable.
